Opera, Ethics Combine In Unusual Lecture Topic

New York Times columnist Randy Cohen ("The Ethicist") and Cincinnati Opera artistic director Nicholas Muni will discuss "Ethics in Business: Capitalism and Sin" with reference to Kurt Weill's opera "The Seven Deadly Sins" on June 4 as part of the programming of the Hebrew Union College-UC Ethics Center.

Rhode Island To Test UC Solution to Contaminated Water

MTBE, an additive used to make gasoline burn cleaner, is a suspected carcinogen and has been finding its way into drinking water supplies. UC and EPA researchers have worked together to find a solution that will be tested in Rhode Island.
