The University of Cincinnati’s Ohio Cyber Range Institute will host the first-of-its-kind statewide Capture the Flag (CTF) cyber competition to build skills and bring greater awareness to the cybersecurity field.

The Ohio Cyber Range Institute (OCRI) will host its annual statewide Capture the Flag competition here at UC and across Ohio. OCRI’s cybersecurity challenge, called Capture Ohio ’26: OCRI Statewide Capture the Flag (CTF), takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, connecting students across Ohio for a coordinated day of hands‑on cyber learning.
