UC Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) will move the university's phone system to upgraded infrastructure during off-peak hours when use is at its lowest—overnight Sunday into early Monday morning (12-7 a.m.) on July 15, 22, 29; and August 5.

Starting Wednesday, Oct. 29, IT Service Desk standard operating hours will be Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Service Desk will provide on-call support for major IT incidents and emergencies that could significantly impact university-wide services or operations outside standard hours, including weekends and university holidays.

Students, faculty, and staff will not have access to some web-based applications from 6-11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 18, during a planned IT maintenance window. Many commonly used services including Canvas and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook email, etc.) will be available throughout the maintenance window.
