ChatGPT, future of data science spurs conversation at 2023 Analytics Summit

Student entrepreneurs display innovation, ambition at pitch competitions

The Carl H. Lindner College of Business’ Center for Entrepreneurship held its annual IQ-E Pitch Competition and its first New Venture Championship on April 6 in Lindner Hall. Students from across the university came together to pitch their business ideas to a panel of entrepreneurs and members of the Cincinnati business community to compete for more than $30,000 in prizes.

Failure motivates Lindner’s future business problem solvers

Elliott Manzon, PhD, is a fan of failure, so to speak, using his extensive collection of failed products to teach students new product development and challenge their existing perceptions. Undergraduate and graduate students taking MKTG 4021 or MKTG 7020 (New Product Development) are exposed to Manzon’s unique perspective as they experience the entire new product journey from brainstorming through prototyping.
