On April 2, Alvin Crawford, MD, was bestowed the recognition of honorary professor of the University of Ioannina, Greece. The ceremony was presided over by the university s Rector George Kapsalis who inducted Crawford as an honorary faculty in Ioannina s College of Health Sciences.

Winkle College of Pharmacy, to his family s independent pharmacy, Schaeper s Pharmacy, serving Cincinnati s Northside neighborhood at the corner of Hamilton and Chase avenues since the turn of the 20th Century.

In July, assistant professor Nick Messinger, PharmD, aluma Leah Fuller ( 09), PharmD, and fourth-year PharmD candidates Alison Kehling, Emily Broeg, Shae Compton and Hanna Burgin joined the medical staff at Camp Korelitz (held at Camp Joy, a 315 acre camp in Warren County in Clarksville, Ohio between Cincinnati and Dayton) for eight days.
