Because of the extreme cold this week, Parking Services is providing open access to all Uptown campus garages for faculty/staff from 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7 through 7 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 10, with the exception of Kingsgate and Varsity Village garages.

A showing of the documentary, "America the Beautiful 3," an examination of society's fixation on youth and beauty, is set for 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 11, in the Great Hall, TUC. The event is free and open to the public and includes discussion with writer/director Darryl Roberts.

As part of the #UCItsOnUs campaign, feminist blogger and activist Wagatwe Wanjuki will come to campus on Jan. 29 to discuss "A World Free of Sexual Violence: Women of Color, Campus Sexual Assault and Title IX" from 5-6:30 p.m. in the African American Cultural and Resource Center.
