Student Leadership Welcome

SALD and the Student Leadership Conference Committee is looking for presenters for the 31st Annual Student Leadership Conference "Anatomy of a Leader" on Saturday, October 29, 2016 in Tangeman University Center (TUC). The conference is around the time of national politics being on the horizon so we will focus on not only personal and organizational leadership development but community building and advocacy. Each session is 50 minutes in length and should be as interactive as possible. We also will have an option for a few pecha kucha style presentations (7 minute presentation style).

Submit a proposal today. Proposals wil be reviewed as they are submitted on a rolling basis until September 1 2016

31st Annual Student Leadership Conference

Registration will be open for the first 300 students starting August 22, 2016 through October 7, 2016 (whichever comes first). It is important that you do not delay to reserve your space. Registration Link.

Student Leaders please join us for the 31st Annual Student Leadership Conference on Saturday, October 29 from 8:30am-4pm at Tangeman University Center on UC's Clifton Campus. Cost is free to UC students.

The conference focuses on individual and group development to provide tools to students as they lead others and as we all look to improve personally and professionally.

The conference will include 15 dynamic breakout sessions and keynote speakers during lunch and the opening and closing of the event. The focus on the sessions will include personal development, organizational improvement and planning, cultivating engaging relationships and experiences, and building community and advocacy.
