Who We Are & What We Do

Enterprise Shared Services is the heartbeat of IT@UC.  The behind the scenes networking, Data Center, day-to-day telecomm services, Identity Management and WebOps enable all of IT to work across our campus.  Keeping the critical IT operational services functioning, and with current state-of-the-art technology, is paramount in moving the university into its Third Century.  Our key goal is to be prepared to meet the expectations for our students, faculty and staff for access to all UC resources.

Services provided: Data Center, Mainframe, Storage & Backup Administration, Lab Virtualization servers, VM Server Administration, Streaming Media, UCFileSpace, Lecture Capture.
