Sets of finite perimenter are sets whose boundaries are regular enough for one to apply Stokes theorem. They are linked to the problem of finding sets whose boundaries are minimal surfaces. This project studies such sets and the corresponding minimal surface problem (such as regularity, existence, boundary behavior) in the metric setting.
