Jamison-Hall displays such enthusiasm for black writers such as Langston Hughes, Toni Morrison, Paul L. Dunbar, Gwendolyn Brooks, Zora Neale Hurston, Dorothy West and Ann Petry that her students can't help but catch it from her.
