Important Changes to Transfer Advising

If you are a student transferring to UC from a different institution, please contact the new Transfer Center in the Admissions Office. We'll continue to host some transfer student resources on our website for now.

If you are a student transitioning from UC Blue Ash or Clermont to a college at the Uptown campus, please email transition@uc.edu.

Virtual Appointment or Drop-In?

Our advising team offers virtual one-on-one advising and consultation via Zoom. We are available for appointments for more involved conversations or drop-in for quick questions. Please check the table below to determine which format best meets your needs.

If you are a visiting student, please email transition@uc.edu or join our drop-in hours to set up an appointment with an advisor.

Drop-In Instructions

Our team is available for drop-ins via Zoom, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 1:00pm - 4:00pm (check-in by 3:30 pm). When joining drop-in hours, please note:

  • You will be placed in a queue until an advisor is available.
  • When you click the button to join the queue, you will be prompted to open Zoom.
    • If you join from a computer, please connect using your browser instead of the Zoom app.
    • If you are on a phone or tablet you may be required to download the Zoom app.
  • Drop-ins will still follow the 15-minutes-or-less guideline stated above.
  • If you can't access the drop-in queue, please email us at transition@uc.edu with your information and we’ll reach out.
