All UC employees can access the SuccessFactors dashboard by logging into the system using the button located on the right. Individuals can customize the look and feel of their personal dashboard so they get the information they need when they need it.

Certain functions may not be available to you depending on your role. Each module is described in detail below, along with what employee types will have access to each module in the system.

Users can select personal accessibility options in SuccessFactors. Please note that the Enhanced Keyboard Navigation, Enhanced Screen Reader Support, and Color Adjustments may not be supported in all modules. The onboarding module provides new employees easy access to UC information integral to their new role. Hiring Coordinators, recruiters, and verifiers can easily access new employee content to ensure a smooth transition for the new employee into the UC community.
