RAPP
Also known as the Racial Awareness Program, RAPP coordinates a 9-month experiential learning program for students as well as provides outreach to campus entities on issues of social justice.
Within the 9-month program, students challenge, debate, and educate each other on issues of social justice and social positioning, such as race, culture, gender, class and sexuality. The motto "Each One Teach One" is adopted from an ancient African proverb. It captures the importance and focus that the RAPP program places on individual understanding, effort, and commitment to social justice. RAPP believes that each person can affect their environment in a positive way through their actions and their attitude.

RAPP also offers outreach services, programs, workshops and presentations to staff, faculty and student organizations to increase diversity awareness around campus. Facilitators are alumni members of RAPP or other RAPP staff members who have been trained to lead discussions.
