The members of the UCCURC are the Corryville Community Council, the Cincinnati Zoo and the University. The corporation has acquired several parcels of land in the northernmost corner of Corryville.   A development project is currently planned for the site and will consist of 268 bed student housing with adjoining parking for residents.
