- Please arrive for all classes 10 minutes prior to class time.
- For Spinning classes, please meet Fitness Floor staff outside of the MPR ~15 minutes prior to class time, to get a Spinning Ticket, which reserves your bike.
- Please bring your own mat for all yoga and PiYo classes.
- Don’t forget to wipe down all borrowed equipment before returning it to the equipment closet.
- Please do not interrupt or join classes once they have started.
