The Career Development Center is
excited to introduce you to our new on campus recruiting system,
Recruit a ‘Cat. As you may or may not be aware, MonsterTRAK has
transitioned away from being a software provider and as a result, as
of June 30th InterviewTRAK will no longer be offered. We
are very excited about our new system Recruit a ‘Cat and hope
that you will enjoy all the new features it has to offer.
Recruit a ‘Cat
will manage all your on campus recruiting needs from interview
schedules to information sessions. Recruit a ‘Cat will
manage your full time recruiting needs as well as internships that
you have to offer our students. The feature that I am most excited
about is that now through Recruit a ‘Cat you will have the
able to post jobs. Our employers and our students will now have one
site to visit for all their recruiting needs, Recruit a ‘Cat!
With any new system comes
a learning curve. However, Recruit a ‘Cat is extremely user
friendly and easy to navigate. We are now in the process of
transferring our data from MonsterTRAK into Recruit a ’Cat.
Unfortunately, because of
the transfer of data, Recruit a ‘Cat is not available online
at this time. During this transition, the recruiting team here at
the Career Development Center will be happy to assist you with your
recruiting needs. If you have a recruiting date that you would like
to request, please contact our office and we will be happy to
reserve space for you. Our target date for our new system to go
live is the week of July 21st.
