The Career Development Center has contracted with
MonsterTRAK.com, the premiere web-based system for on-campus college job
recruiting, to provide upgraded recruiting software to employers. It will be a
fantastic improvement to you -- our valued employers
-- who are looking for
qualified candidates. If you've ever been on the Internet (who hasn't) or made a
purchase on-line, you're going to love our new software.
With CDC's new system employers may:
- Save valuable time by loading your job description directly on our web
site.
- Edit job descriptions for your on campus visit
- View, download and print student resumes for interviews.
- E-mail students who have submitted resumes for
interviews.
- Pre-screen students and manage interview candidates' status.
- Monitor student sign up activity for each student.
- View and print interview schedules.
- Make changes in real time (when you make a change, it occurs instantly).
