On-Campus Recruiting

Welcome to On-Campus Recruiting!

CDC is very excited to present Recruit a 'Cat, our new and vastly improved
On-Campus Recruiting system!   Complete instructions can be found on our website, www.uc.edu/career.

If you have any questions regarding the new system, please contact Patti Carroll at Patricia.Carroll@uc.edu or 513-556-0313.  Thanks!

What is On-Campus Recruiting?

The On-Campus Recruiting program is designed to bring employers to the UC campus to conduct interviews for full-time positions with graduating UC students and recent UC graduates of ALL majors. Your online resume will also be available to employers who wish to search our On-Campus Recruiting database and contact you independently. To participate in On-Campus Recruiting, students must register in advance (step-by-step registration instructions are available -- use the "Get Started" button above). It is recommended that students register in the summer or early fall before their graduating year.

Is On-Campus Recruiting a good choice for me?

A good way to decide whether or not to participate in On-Campus Recruiting is to look at the list of participating employers. Although this list does change frequently (as the hiring needs of employers change), it can give you a good idea of the types of opportunities available through On-Campus Recruiting.

If you see companies that interest you, then you will probably benefit from signing up for On-Campus Recruiting. If you are still uncertain, the CDC staff can help you decide. Contact your college liaison, email  CDC@UC.EDU, or call 513-556-3471.
