Service Learning is an important part of the UC2019► Strategic Plan and the Integrated Core Learning initiative.  We believe your experience will be rewarding, offering you many opportunities to grow and learn. Our mission is to serve and support our students, faculty, and community partners to ensure that the Service Learning experience benefits everyone. Please contact our office if we can assist you in the Service Learning experience.

The Center for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement is located in the Steger Student Life Center and is a part of the Division of Professional Practice. Michael Sharp, the Director for the Center for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement, collaborates with the Service-Learning Advisory Council to support service-learning and civic engagement at UC.  Watch the news and announcements section on this website for upcoming workshops and other service-learning events.
