UC Online English Placement Essay

The online English placement essay is an option we offer students and one we encourage students to select. There are five easy steps:

1. Read the information provided on this Web site before you do anything else. Print the schedule and the pre-login instructions.
2. Go to the Login Page on this site and login to the online assessment site.
3. Register for one of the available online sessions.
4. Return to the online assessment site when your session begins.
5. Follow the instructions for completing the assignment and submit your writing by the submission deadline.
