From the Chef's Kitchen to Your Table
Enjoy a three-course meal prepared by our executive chefs. All dinners are paired with a complimentary beverage selection or wine. Our Chef's Table dinners are a great place to unwind with colleagues and other members of the UC community.
Come and talk cooking tips, methods, and ingredients with our chefs and get recipe cards to take home to enjoy with your friends and family.
Dinners are held at Mick & Mack’s Contemporary Café, located in TUC directly across from the UC Bookstore. Mark your calendars for the third Thursday of each month. Prices per month vary based on menu and beverage offerings. Chef's Table Dinners are $20 per person, unless otherwise stated. First course will be served at 5:30 p.m.

Reservations are appreciated and help us to prepare for our events. We accept reservations untill noon on the day of the event.
Mick & Mack’s is located in Tangeman University Center, Level 3. Chef's Table events include a three-course meal and speciality drink pairings: $20 per person. Other wine selections availiable. Menus and themes subject to change based on availability of items.
Must be 21 or older and present valid ID to buy and consume alcohol.

Halloumi Cheese, Watermelon, Green Beans, and Fresh Mint with White Balsamic Vinaigrette and Naan Bread
Smoked Gouda Quesadilla
A Roasted Red Pepper Tortilla stuffed with Smoked Gouda, grilled Chicken, Caremelized Onions, and crispy Bacon and served with Raspberry BBQ Sauce
Wine Pairing: Biutiful Cava
Gorgonzola Steak Pasta
Pasta with grilled Sirloin, Spinach, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Green Onions, and Gorgonzola Cheese with Balsamic Glaze
Stuffed Chicken Breast
Breaded Chicken Breast stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese, Pesto, and Grilled Zucchini
Wine Pairing: Seghesio Barbera
Fried Wonton stuffed with Cream Cheese and Cherries, and drizzled with Chocolate Ganache
Served with Raspberry Sorbet and Mascarpone Whipped Cream
Wine Pairing: Kopke Ruby Port
