The HealthRHYTHMS® protocol, developed from medical research, shows the health benefits of drumming in groups, including stress reduction and improvements to the immune system and mood. This interactive session will be a “primer” to help you get into a great habit or practice of meal planning.  Meal planning can be done for a variety of reasons: to save money, save time, eat healthier, eat out less or to waste less.  We’ll discuss what balanced meals are, how to get the most of your time in the kitchen. Freshstart Tobacco Cessation Flyer

Join in on the fun to continue raising awareness about UC being tobacco free and overcoming the challenges tobacco can cause as a UC community.  Tobacco Free UC will be celebrating Kick Butts Day on March 21, and joining the Bearcats Block Party on April 6 and Spring Fling on April 11. UC Benefits and BE Well UC are partnering with the YMCA DPP!  This program helps adults at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles by eating healthier, increasing physical activity, and losing a modest amount of weight in order to improve their overall wellbeing.  Visit the Diabetes Resources and Services page to learn about eligibility, sessions dates, other incentives, and more!
