Help Celebrate IT at UC at the UC Tech Exhibit
University of Cincinnati Information Technologies and Student Government are partnering to present the UC Tech Exhibit from noon-2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, in the Tangeman University Center atrium.
The purpose of this event is to connect the UC community to technology-related resources and opportunities on campus and highlight how students, faculty and staff can get involved in this years UC Invents competition. The Tech Exhibit will include demonstrations from Microsoft, GitHub, the IT Expo, Propel, the App Lab on MainStreet, Cybercrime, the Center for Simulations & Virtual Environments Research and Blackboard. The winners of last UC Invents competition will also be on hand to showcase the progress theyve made with their inventions.
Everyone who attends will receive a free water bottle and lunch, while supplies last. There will also be opportunities to win great prizes from UC Bookstores, GitHub and Microsoft, including a $100 UC Bookstores gift card and a Microsoft Surface RT!
