eLearning Analytics develops data visualizations and dashboards that provide meaningful and actionable insight into how the university can improve both student success and student learning. The dashboard below summarizes usage and support of Canopy tools like Echo360, WebEx, Kaltura, CoursEval and Blackboard. Hover over the visualizations to view tooltips with more information. This dashboard shows the number of courses and programs in development for each term by the Instructional Designers in the Center for Excellence in eLearning. All visualizations can be filtered by College, Delivery Format, and whether the course is part of an online program. The data are updated at the end of each month.
This set of dashboards contains usage statistics for Echo360 ESS. This includes storage, duration, views, classes, and enrollments by College and by Course as listed in Echo360. All visualizations can be filtered by College. The data are currently updated at the end of each semester.
This dashboard contains info on Canopy related KB articles. It was last updated in April 2016. We are currently working on defining the process for future updates, including the planned frequency of updates. There is a filter for month for the word cloud visualization.
This dashboard contains info on eLearning & Blackboard tickets submitted through Footprints from 8/10/15 through 4/30/16. This will not be updated going forward. The categories within Footprints were improved and a new dashboard was created.
This is the new version for the Canopy tickets submitted in Footprints, starting with 5/1/16. Data are updated weekly, on Thursdays, with tickets submitted from the prior Sunday through Saturday.
This set of dashboards contains usage statistics for Kaltura. This includes media count, minutes viewed, plays, view drop-off rate, play-through ratio, player impressions, downloads, and shares.
This set of dashboards contains usage statistics for WebEx. This includes number of sessions, average duration of sessions, distribution of session duration, number of attendees, minutes spent by attendees, and total toll minutes. All visualizations can be filtered by College/Unit.
