Personal training is the best way to receive high-quality instruction, motivation, and support for your new fitness routine.

Free - Fitness Equipment Orientations
On-on-one fitness equipment orientations are available for all members. This introduction will demonstrate the function, use, safety, and care of all cardiovascular and strength equipment.
