Basic Data Form for Non-Matriculated Students

This form is for non-matriculated students (students who wish to take classes for credit without being enrolled in a degree program). 

Steps to Register

1) Complete the Basic Data Form in its entirety. 

2) Give us a few days to establish your access to online student services.

This will take approximately two-three (2-3) business days from the date the form was received. You will be contacted by email with your Username and UCID. To access Catalyst, your initial password is Uc!mmddyyyy. You will then be prompted to create your own password. 

Your Username and password will be used to access all Catalyst student services online. Your UCID is used for both academic and administrative purposes to ensure that you are correctly identified. 

3) Register/add/drop classes.

With your Username and UCID, you are ready to register online. You can register any time during the Open Enrollment Dates for the term in which you wish to take classes.

Go to the One Stop Student Services website, onestop.uc.edu, to access Catalyst and locate other important information.

Click on "Academic & Enrollment Information" on the left-side navigation menu. From there you can click on various links such as "View Class Offerings" or "Add/Drop Classes".
