Yoga PeaceFlow

Location: World Peace Yoga

Stretch and strengthen your body and flow into peace. This is a vinyasa yoga practice that brings together intention, conscious breathing, and movement. In this class you flow from one pose to the next through a variety of posture categories, such as standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twists, and more. The PeaceFlow culminates with a deep relaxation to fully restore your body and mind. Experience in Yoga Basics recommended. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat.

Learn foundational yoga postures that assist in enhancing body awareness while accessing the benefits of yoga in a relaxing atmosphere with soothing music. Everybody is welcome! No experience required. Please bring your own mat.
