Use the Fitness Flex Pass
Only pay for what you will use by purchasing a pass to any of Pat Woellert's scheduled classes. If you use up all of your sessions, simply purchase another pass.
If you would like to attend our six week classes, please purchase the 6-Class Flex Pass. For Zumba® Toning classes, bring 1-2 pound dumbbells and a mat for floor work. For your comfort, it is recommended you wear supportive aerobic shoes for all our fitness classes.

Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. You will learn how to use light weights (1-2 pounds) to tone all your target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast. Bring 1-2 pound dumbbells, a mat for floor work, and wear supportive aerobic shoes.

No fear here - you can do it! This kinder, gentler boot camp is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, balance, and flexibility with fun, easy-to-follow drills. Bring a pair of handheld weights suitable to your fitness level, a mat for floor work, and supportive aerobic shoes. We encourage you to enroll through our Fitness Flex (12-Class) Pass or our Fitness Flex (6-Class) Pass.

Pat Woellert
Pat Woellert holds a Masters's degree in Health Education and is ACE-certified (the American Council on Exercise) in group fitness and personal training.
