It’s equally important to understand the normal emotional changes that may occur as you enter this important stage of your life. This class will help you to make the most of it! Through a series of lectures and small group activities, you will gain important understanding into how your psychological well-being can contribute to a positive (or negative) retirement. Using the tools and resources provided, you will gain valuable insight to how you can receive the outcome you want. By the end of the second class, you will have created a tentative personal plan for your positive retirement.
