The CAPM® Certification is an entry-level certification for associates who want to become a certified associate in project management. This globally recognized certification provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI) covers all the fundamental knowledge, processes, terminology associated with effective project management. With the CAPM®, you’ll be on the fast track to opportunity.

This course provides the 23 hours contact hours of project management education required for you to sit for the CAPM® exam. Successful completion of CAPM® Certification ensures that you possess the necessary skills and knowledge about the principles of project management, and this certification enables you to handle the primary challenges of project management.

Upon completion of this course, you will gain project management credibility and knowledge, become a confident project lead, understand the best project management practics, and have better career opportunity in versatile job profiles.  

The University of Cincinnati provides all students as part of our certification programs access to career development tools and services through UC's NEXT Apprenticeship Program, including one-on-one career counseling and support. Students who complete our programs gain access to exclusive job boards, resume review tools, personal branding tools, and career guidance including resume reviews, networking, and interview skills.

UC is an approved provider of tech training eligible for the Ohio TechCred. Employers who are approved for this funding will be reimbursed for their employees training.

Prospective Students: Ask your employer to apply for the Ohio TechCred. Once they are approved, you may enroll and your employer will pay for your tuition. Once you complete the program and earn your certificate, your employer will be reimbursed.
