The EO ACADEMY Registration for Cohort 1 (2019) is now open!
Starting Fall 2019, the Office of Equal Opportunity & Access is pleased to have the first cohort of twenty-five (25) Equal Opportunity Coordinators, Human Resource professionals and individuals assigned to equal employment opportunity duties participate in the Equal Opportunity & Access ACADEMY (EO ACADEMY).
The EO ACADEMY is a 2 year, 12 class in-house certificate program for twenty-five (25) individuals serving in Equal Opportunity Coordinator roles, Human Resource professionals and individuals assigned to equal employment opportunity duties.
The EO ACADEMY provides continuous learning from subject matter experts throughout the year which involves CORE foundational courses (LEVEL 1), ADVANCE courses (LEVEL 2) and elective coursework. The goal of the EO ACADEMY is to increase participants’ knowledge and skills in the field of affirmative action and equal opportunity. In addition, the EO ACADEMY provide participants the opportunity to network, build relationships with campus partners and other human resource professionals; and affords participants the experience of mentorship.
