Report Deadlines
Board Notifications/Reports and Materials are to be submitted to the Board Office no later than 5:00 pm on or before the due date.
Regular Meeting Day Schedule - Order of Business:
Unless otherwise noticed, the schedule of a Regular Board Meeting day begins at 8:30 a.m. with informational presentations to the Board. The usual order of business is as follows:
- Board Presentations
- Committee Meetings
- Regular Meeting
- Executive Session
- Adjournment
Meetings of the Standing Committees of the Board:
The Standing Committees of the Board of Trustees are:
- Academic and Student Affairs Committee
- Finance and Administration Committee
- Audit and Risk Management Committee
- Governance and Internal Affairs Committee
Committee meetings are held following the Board Briefings and prior to the Regular Meeting of the Board. The schedule of Committee meetings shall be announced by the Board Office.
Regular Meeting and the Executive Session of the Board:
The Regular Meeting of the Board convenes at the conclusion of the Committee meetings, after which the Board may enter Executive Session.
A Special Meeting of the Board or Special Meeting of a Board Committee:
A Special Meeting of the Board or a Board Committee shall be announced (with public notice) by the Board Office.
