CPT Hinkle lives in Cincinnati with his wife Monica and his son Benjamin.  He received his commission in 2014 from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs as an active-duty Quartermaster Officer.  As a Lieutenant, CPT Hinkle served in a variety of sustainment units at Fort Liberty from 2014-2018.  His positions included Platoon Leader in the 647th Corps Aerial Delivery Company and the 127th Quartermaster Company.  CPT Hinkle later served as the Executive Officer of the 659th Maintenance Company, providing higher level maintenance to XVIII Airborne Corps separate units.   After completing Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, CPT Hinkle was stationed at Camp Humphreys, South Korea, where he served as a Brigade Ammunition Manager and as the interim commander of HHC, 194th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion.  Following his passion for the Airborne community, CPT Hinkle returned to Fort Liberty to take command of Echo Forward Support Company, 127thAirborne Engineer Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.  After company command, CPT Hinkle and his family moved to Cincinnati, OH to pursue instructing senior ROTC Cadets.  His schools include Basic Airborne School, Aerial Delivery and Materiel Officer Course, and Jumpmaster School.  CPT Hinkle has three Immediate Response Force (IRF) deployments with the 82nd Airborne Division.
