Get To Know Jen Howland
Jen is a Yoga Flow instructor at the CRC who has been instructing for one and a half years. Her favorite part about working at the CRC is meeting new people and seeing all the familiar faces attending her classes. When she's not working at the Rec, she enjoys yoga, cooking, attending live theatre performances, and traveling to visit her kids. Jen's best advice for a first-time participant is, "Introduce yourself to the instructor, ask questions and have fun!"
