Faculty-Led Study Abroad

Students who want exposure to the world of work outside the United States but can’t or don’t want to spend a whole semester abroad can take advantage of PD2060, a three-credit course that focuses on professional practice, provides students with a broad overview of host country culture and etiquette, and exposes students to industry through international project-based work.

As part of the course, students will travel for one to two weeks during the semester break. Students travel with a group accompanied by a UC faculty member.

Students who are interested in co-oping, interning, or working abroad can learn not only from field experience but also from guided cultural awareness activities.
