A little about me...
I am originally from Warren, Ohio, which is about four hours north of Cincinnati, and came to University of Cincinnati to pursue my undergraduate degree. Most of the folks I knew in high school attended other universities, so I did not know many people when starting my first year at UC, but in time I met many wonderful individuals and UC started to feel like home.
After a few different experiences at UC, like being a Peer Leader and an Academic Coach, I realized that I really enjoy helping students learn and grow as individuals, and went on to receive an M.Ed. in Higher Education Management/Student Services from University of Pittsburgh. I then returned to UC and over the last four years I have worked in Admissions and UC International Programs (Study Abroad) before joining the University Honors Program. I also have a little experience teaching ESL.
Some things I enjoy doing include hiking, practicing foreign languages (Italian and Spanish), traveling and learning about different cultures, trying new foods, and dancing (even if not very well)!
I am excited to be advising students in the College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS)! I will be advising all majors except for Biomedical and Chemical Engineering. A different advisor works with Biomedical and Chemical Engineering students.

Advice for students
Try to explore some opportunities and experiences outside of your major or what you are studying, as you might learn something new about yourself. Also, even when we are no longer students, we never stop learning!
