Welcome UC Grad Student! We are very pleased that you have chosen UC as your graduate institution, and are happy that you are a part of our vibrant diverse community.

To assist graduate students and families with their search for housing at the University of Cincinnati, University Housing  partnered with the Graduate School to establish the Office of Graduate & Family Housing. The information contained on this website is designed to assist you in finding suitable off-campus housing.

222 Senator Place is an apartment complex within walking distance of the uptown campus which is dedicated to housing graduate students. The University of Cincinnati has an agreement to offer all units in this complex to graduate students. We hope this will build a community for our students, and especially assist those who are coming to Cincinnati and Ohio for the first time.

The Eden

Newly-constructed apartments just three blocks from campus offer a number of amenities ideal for building community among residents. The Eden sits at the northeast corner of Eden and University Avenues, convenient to Short Vine dining and shopping, including Kroger. Off-street garage parking will be available.

Private Listings are available for rental information for graduate students and families seeking a more private accommodation such as a home, two-family, duplex, a vacancy in a 4-unit building, or perhaps a bedroom in a shared house.

Short Term Housing is available at several off-campus facilities. The University of Cincinnati neither officially endorses nor recommends any hotel or lodging.
