To assist graduate students and families with their search for housing at the University of Cincinnati, University Housing  partnered with the Graduate School to establish the Office of Graduate & Family Housing. The information contained on this website is designed to assist you in finding suitable off-campus housing.

Bellevue Gardens is an apartment community owned and operated by the University, designed to cater to the needs of graduate students, faculty, staff and families. Unit types range from studio apartments to one, two and three bedroom floor plans.

2971 Deckebach is an apartment complex within walking distance of the uptown campus which is dedicated to housing graduate students. The University of Cincinnati has an agreement to offer all units in this complex to graduate students. We hope this will especially assist those who are coming to Cincinnati and Ohio for the first time.

222 Senator Place is an apartment complex within walking distance of the uptown campus which is dedicated to housing graduate students. The University of Cincinnati has an agreement to offer all units in this complex to graduate students. We hope this will build a community for our students, and especially assist those who are coming to Cincinnati and Ohio for the first time. 

Private Listings are available for rental information for graduate students and families seeking a more private accommodation such as a home, two-family, duplex, a vacancy in a 4-unit building, or perhaps a bedroom in a shared house.

Short Term Housing is available at several off-campus facilities. The University of Cincinnati neither officially endorses nor recommends any hotel or lodging.
