The Eden

Newly-constructed apartments just three blocks from campus offer a number of amenities ideal for building community among residents. The Eden sits at the northeast corner of Eden and University Avenues, convenient to Short Vine dining and shopping, including Kroger. Off-street garage parking will be available.

UC has leased the entire complex for 2021-2022, including 21 efficiency units set aside for graduate students to lease through the Office of Graduate & Family Housing.
