Living at Comfort Suites
Located just off Reading Road, Comfort Suites is a five- to ten-minute drive from campus. Students will have use of the parking lot as well as a shuttle service running to and from campus (via the CP Cincy and East Shuttle routes) during normal hours, and NightRide after hours.
Here, students can enjoy the fitness center, laundry facilities, and will not need to bring their own bedding linens as they will be provided and periodically cleaned for them! Students can also log onto free WiFi, through which they can connect to the UC secure network via AnyConnect.
University Housing has leased the entire community, so you will only be staying here with other students; no hotel guests.

Community is a critical component of our residential experience, and although Comfort Suites is a little out of the ordinary, Resident Advisors (RA) will be there to support students. RAs will host periodic community meetings, beginning shortly after move-in to provide additional information about campus resources and events.

FAQs
Students that wish to be reassigned to another location can contact us to request another placement. It’s possible that due to the high demand, our campus core communities may not have availability for those seeking another space.
If you'd like an assignment at another location and we are unable to accommodate your request prior to move-in, we will do so as soon as possible during the fall semester. The latest you can expect to be reassigned to one of our campus core communities would be the beginning of the spring semester.
Students can additionally utilize our room swap process occurring 3-4 weeks into the Fall Semester to explore our available options. We will provide moving support to your new community once you’ve been reassigned.
If you’d like to keep your personal vehicle nearby, you have a few options:
- Students can opt to purchase a parking pass for the Comfort and MainStay Suites lot located at the community. Instructions for purchasing a pass will be added to the Parking Services Leased Properties page.
- If you purchase a campus parking pass, University Housing will cover the cost of the Comfort and MainStay Suites lot, so there’s no need to buy a second parking pass! To purchase a campus pass, visit the Parking Services site.
Comfort Suites' rooms have two beds, bathroom, two desks/chairs, and a television. Rooms additionally have a seating area with a microwave and small refrigerator.
