The Deacon
The Deacon, one of UC’s newest off-campus housing communities, offers a unique experience for its residents. Its distinctive amenities, including a movie theater, arcade and lounge room give students options for study breaks, while spacious apartment units provide them with a comfortable and modern place to study, focus, and unwind. Students who live at The Deacon are academically focused and impactful leaders who use their skills to serve the community around them.
Report Service Issues
While many residents lease directly with The Deacon, it is our goal to help ensure any UC students’ concerns are addressed. Residents should report maintenance concerns via Yugo's system first. Accordingly, please also report any service issues to the university via email at thedeacon@ucmail.uc.edu, so that UC can track progress.

The Deacon includes two, three and four-bedroom apartments, which include all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable and more. Each room is furnished with a Full size bed for each resident.
Parking at The Deacon is not included in your room and board fees. You may purchase a permit for your community's garage/lot or one of the on-campus garages by the semester through Parking Services.
