Join campus recreation centers from across the country as we try to break 5 million minutes of movement. The 2020 Recreation Movement is a free website for individuals with a .edu web address to access a large library prerecorded workouts and daily live streaming workout sessions from over 80 recreation centers with the goal in mind of reaching 5 million minutes of movement.
