Open to the public, Campus Recreation offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness options to assist in taking your fitness goals to the next level. We offer something for everyone. Whether you like personal training, circuit training work outs, lifting weights or dance yourself to fitness, Campus Recreation has what you need. Get more out of your workout with the assistance of the Campus Recreation Staff.

Get started on your path to fitness. Register for one of Campus Rec’s many fitness programs or services. Open to members and non-members. Our certified instructors and trainers will lead you step by step to meet your fitness goals. 

Personal Training

Our friendly, knowledgeable and certified staff will provide careful instruction, accountability and motivation designed around your personal health and fitness goals. All trainers hold a nationally accredited certification.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is equally as important in reaching your health goals as exercising. Our licensed and registered Nutritionists can measure your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), determine your daily caloric budget and help you plan your lifestyle to reach your goals, complete with meal plans and personalized grocery shopping experience.

PERSONAL TRAINING + NUTRITION = SUCCESS!

Get the best of both personal training and nutrition coaching with the Total Wellness Package! 10 Sessions include a Nutrition Consultation and RMR Measurement session with a licensed Nutritionist.

Customized Fitness & Wellness Options

Come to us or we will bring fitness to you!

Options include a one time or reoccurring group fitness class for your student organization, sorority, fraternity or other group.

We also offer workshops or presentations on fitness/nutrition topics by our personal training and nutrition staff. Cost of the offering is dependent upon instructor and space needs.
