Personal Training

Please note due to COVID-19, personal training is currently only being offered to members of the UC community (UC students, faculty, and staff).

Let our friendly, knowledgeable Personal Trainers and Registered Dietitians guide you along your fitness journey and help you set realistic, achievable goals. All Campus Recreation Personal Trainers hold a Nationally-Accredited Certification or are Senior-Level Students in a Health & Exercise focused program at the University of Cincinnati who have completed advanced coursework in Exercise Physiology. All of our Personal Trainers have met qualifications to effectively help clients reach their goals. All of our Registered Dietitians specialize in sport nutrition and weight management.

Payment must be received in order to be contacted by a trainer or dietitian to schedule your first session.

Payment can be accepted at the UC Campus Recreation center or over the phone at 513-556-0604.

Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes. As a client, you have the option of training in our private Personal Training Suite, Fitness Studio, or Fitness Floor. Other spaces such as the Multi-Purpose Rooms and outdoor spaces may be utilized upon request based on your needs. Personal Training is available at the Campus Recreation Center.
