Personal Training

Please note due to COVID-19, personal training is currently only being offered to UC students, UC Faculty/Staff, and Affiliates.

Let our friendly, knowledgeable Personal Trainers guide you along your fitness journey and help you set realistic, achievable goals. All Campus Recreation Personal Trainers hold a Nationally-Accredited Certification or are Senior-Level Students in a Health & Exercise focused program at the University of Cincinnati who have completed advanced coursework in Exercise Physiology. All of our Personal Trainers have met qualifications to effectively help clients reach their goals.

An administrator will review your availability and begin matching you with a trainer.

You will receive further instructions regarding payment and your trainer status.

Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes. As a client, you have the option of training in our private Personal Training Suite, Fitness Studio, or Fitness Floor. Other spaces such as the Multi-Purpose Rooms and outdoor spaces may be utilized upon request based on your needs. Personal Training is available at the Campus Recreation Center.
