Personal Training & Nutrition

Let our friendly, knowledgeable Personal Trainers and Registered Dietitians guide you along your fitness journey and help you set realistic, achievable goals. All Campus Recreation Personal Trainers hold a Nationally-Accredited Certification or are Senior-Level Students in a Health & Exercise focused program at the University of Cincinnati who have completed advanced coursework in Exercise Physiology. All of our Personal Trainers have met qualifications to effectively help clients reach their goals. All of our Registered Dietitians specialize in sport nutrition and weight management.

Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes. As a client, you have the option of training in our private Personal Training Suite, Fitness Studio, or Fitness Floor. Other spaces such as the leisure pool, gymnasium, Multi-Purpose Rooms and outdoor spaces may be utilized upon request based on your needs. Personal Training is available both at the Campus Recreation Center and the Fitness Center at CARE/Crawley.


Buddy Training

More than just an economic alternative to personal training, buddy training offers the same benefits as personal training at a fraction of the cost. Training with a friend or partner can increase motivation, support, and accountability! All below buddy training prices are listed per person.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition and fitness are equally important in reaching your health goals as exercising. Our Registered Dietitians can measure your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), determine your daily caloric budget and help you plan your lifestyle to reach your goals, complete with meal plans and personalized grocery shopping experience.

  • Your RMR measurement will tell you exactly how many calories your body burns daily, at rest.
  • Our Registered Dietitians can develop customized meal plans, provide a custom grocery shopping tour, as well as provide disordered-eating treatment alongside University Health Services and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).
  • Meet on a regular basis and stay on track.
  • Nutrition sessions are 30 minutes with the exception of the Resting Metabolic Rate Measurement, which is 45 minutes.
  • Nutrition Coaching packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire 6 months after date of purchase.

Total Wellness

Give our nutrition services and personal training a try all at the same time! With a Total Wellness Package, you will be able to meet with a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer to begin mapping out both your nutrition and fitness goals.
