We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident during their time at Campus Rec. We understand that knowing where and how to get started can sometimes be the biggest challenge.
Individual Fitness Floor Orientation
Get your own personalized Fitness Floor Orientation! Our friendly, knowledgeable fitness staff will meet with you for 30 minutes to demonstrate the best way to get started based on your desired results and needs. The goal of each session is to guide you through your workout experience, and to familiarize you with the Campus Rec essentials, all while helping you build motivation and confidence.
Whether you'd like an overview of our unique fitness floor level, an orientation on a specific type of equipment, or simply need help navigating our digital signage, we invite you to take advantage of your FREE 30-minute Fitness Floor Orientation.
