Be Well UC will educate, support and empower faculty and staff to make healthy lifestyle choices while building an overall culture of health for our campus and community. We hope to accomplish this through online and on-campus opportunities focused on a variety of wellness topics.

For all eligible, the portal is where you can track and earn points. Login to access courses, challenges and goal setting, as well as to view your incentive progress. Our portal is mobile friendly but you can to create a shortcut app on your iOS or Android home screen. Privacy practices are outlined, and in detail on the links on the bottom right of the Asset Health portal login screen.

There are many ways to Be Well. When one aspect of our wellness is not being maintained, others can be affected. Take the time to check in with yourself and determine what you need to work on to be the best version of you.
Not sure where to start? Have big goals that seem impossible? Or trying to fine tune all the healthy things you already do? Working with a health coach can help you hone in on your priorities and take the steps toward healthy decisions and behaviors to help you get there.
