Quitting or reducing tobacco use can be hard and is different for each person. Tobacco Free UC is here to provide support and resources for students, faculty and staff who are thinking about qutting or who are ready to quit.
Below are various events and cessation offerings in group and one-on-one settings. If you require any accommodations or other assistance to participate in any of these programs, please contact email@example.com.
