Employee Self Service
The University of Cincinnati provides all paid employees the ability to view and maintain their HR personal information online via the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal in the UCFlex system.
You will need your UCID (6+2) and your University Password:
- Access the UCFlex Portal at: https://www.ucflex.uc.edu
- Enter your UCID and University Password.
- Click the Employee Self Service tab at the top of the page.
- Choose the information you would like to display or change.

Benefits Participation Overivew Expand
Review and print a summary of your benefit elections.
Annual Enrollment Expand
Enroll for your benefits during the month of November for the following calendar year.
- For Example: You will select your benefits elections for the 2020 calendar year (Jan - Dec) between 11/01/2019 - 11/30/2019.
Beneficiary Enrollment: Change beneficiary designations Expand
Change your benefit beneficiary designations.
Personal Profile Expand
View or change your personal information.

View Pay Statement Expand
Use this procedure to view current and past pay statement information.
Maintain W-4 Tax Data Expand
Use this procedure to update W-4 taxation information.
Maintain - Print W-2 Tax Information Expand
Use this procedure to update W-2 taxation information or print an online W2 taxation form.
