UC’s April 4 wine & spirits tasting: Atlantic cruise

April 4 – Atlantic Cruise, featuring chef Mary Beth Coil:

  • Charles Smith Band of Roses Rosé, paired with Gazpacho Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • Dr L Riesling, paired with the choice of Shrimp and Chorizo Paella or Pollo al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Chicken), both served with Spanish Green Beans and Tomatoes and Smoky Spanish Potatoes
  • Prayers of Sinners & Saints Red Blend, paired with Crema Catalan

UC wine & spirits tastings take place every first Thursday, and chef’s tables every third Thursday.

  • Thursday, April 18 for chef's table: gone fishin’, a chef-inspired, three-course meal featuring fresh seasonal ingredients with beverage pairings, served at 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 2 for wine & spirits tasting: rosé all day, three distinct wines paired with complementary courses, served at 5:30 p.m.
