Celebrate National Intern Day
UC hosts 2021 National Intern Day Video and Photo Competition
National Intern Day is July 29, and the University of Cincinnati is hosting a video and photo competition to celebrate the unique internships and amazing employers that help prepare our students for life after graduation.
To celebrate, we need your help! Share a photo or short video (one minute or less) of yourself at your work site telling us why you intern or what you love about your employer. Video and photo submissions posted to Instagram, are due by Thursday, July 29, and winners will be announced the week of Aug. 1.
UC’s National Intern Day Video and Photo Competition runs July 1-July 29. Winners will be announced the week of Aug. 1.
There will be one student winner randomly selected from both the photo and video submissions. Each winner will receive a North Face Vault Backpack and UC Swag Prize Pack valued at approximately $75.
Employers of the photo and video winners will be recognized at the upcoming Fall Professional and Technical Career Fair (if attending) with special signage and will be featured in the UC National Intern Day video and photo compilations.
UC students participating in credit and/or non-credit internships or co-ops are eligible to submit a video or photo. Employers can also submit photos or videos on behalf of students (the student will receive the North Face Vault Backpack and UC Swag Prize Pack if employer entry selected as winner).
