Virtual Advisor Answers Common Questions

The following announcement is from the Office of UC Admissions:

The office of Undergraduate Admissions has launched the Virtual Advisor, an FAQ tool that allows Web site visitors to ask questions in plain English and get answers. Behind the scenes, the Virtual Advisor provides mechanisms for capturing and tracking questions. In the long run, it will reduce the amount of e-mail coming into Admissions, while providing timely, detailed and accurate information to prospective students 24/7. The Virtual Advisor can be found on every page in the Admissions Web site, starting with the home page: www.admissions.uc.edu.

Keywords, search terms and answers in the Virtual Advisor are geared to prospective undergraduate students, including freshmen and transfers. Current students should continue to use the "Ask A Question" features on the One Stop web site (which will be enhanced later this year with features similar to the Virtual Advisor). Any feedback you have about the Virtual Advisor can be sent to Thomas.Canepa@uc.edu, assistant vice president for admissions.
