
Two Chefs and a President Cook Up Great Fun
Co-op and UC|21 spiced up the conversation as President Nancy L. Zimpher appeared as a guest chef on the local cooking show,
The Dish.
The program is taped at Cincinnati State, UC's partner in a culinary arts and sciences program, and is hosted by Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel and Chef Meg Galvin, adjunct assistant professor in the College of Applied Science. Chef Jean-Robert asked the president to dry mushrooms, add salt to the cornish hens and shell fava beans. The episode airs at 9:30 a.m. Friday, April 21, on WKRC-TV (Channel 12).
